The Meshuggah preamp/distortion pedal gives the djent pioneers their own signature circuit with two channels, four modes, and a built-in Zuul noise gate. Based on the Fortin Blackout amplifier that Meshuggah uses.
Channel 1 (Red) features an extra gain stage with the smoothest saturation. Channel 2 (Green) uses only Gain 2 for surprisingly chimey tones when dialed back. HI/LO switch takes the pedal from classic rock to high-gain monster. Active 3-band EQ shapes the tone.
Designed for optimal performance into an amp's FX loop. The Hi-mode Green channel suits 7/8-string players seeking clarity and aggression. MOSFET input protection.
Power draw: 125mA at 9VDC. DPDT relay true bypass. Made in USA.
