High-gain distortion running on an internal ±15V power supply boosted from the 9V input—delivering dynamic range and headroom comparable to a tube preamplifier rather than a typical stompbox. The voltage architecture enables the distortion to respond naturally to guitar volume changes, transitioning smoothly from full distortion through crunch to clean as you roll back.

Four controls: GAIN sets distortion amount, TREBLE and BASS provide wide-range tone shaping, LEVEL controls output. The ±15V rail design maintains an excellent signal-to-noise ratio even at high gain settings where most distortion pedals get noisy. Input impedance of 1M ohm with unusually low 200 ohm output impedance.

Solid build at 340g in a 100 x 123 x 52mm enclosure. Draws 90mA—AC adapter recommended over battery due to higher current consumption.
