IK Multimedia pioneered software amp modeling with AmpliTube, and TONEX represents their most ambitious hardware release. Using machine learning, it can capture the exact response of any amp, cab, or pedal and run it in real-time on stage.

Unlike preset-based modelers, TONEX uses AI to analyze and recreate the actual behavior of gear, not just approximate it. The ToneNET community has shared over 20,000 free Tone Models, covering everything from vintage Fenders to modern boutique amps. You can also create your own captures of gear you own.

The pedal houses 150 presets with built-in noise gate, EQ, compressor, and reverb. Three footswitches plus expression input give performance control. The USB port functions as a 24-bit audio interface for direct recording.

With stereo I/O, MIDI control, and 192kHz processing, TONEX brings studio-quality modeling to your pedalboard. At 906g in an aluminum chassis, it is built for touring.
