Fuzzsquatch Fuzzdrive
Fuzz
Big Muff Pi recreation using op-amps instead of transistors. Signature sustaining distortion sound.
The Fuzzsquatch Fuzzdrive is Interstellar Audio Machines' recreation of the Electro-Harmonix Big Muff Pi, originally released in 1969. While marketed as 'harmonic distortion sustain,' it's distinct from classic Fuzz Face or Tone Bender fuzzes.
Uniquely uses operational amplifiers (op-amps) rather than traditional transistor-based Big Muff circuitry to achieve that signature sustaining distortion sound. Creates thick, creamy fuzz ideal for shoegaze and heavy rock.
Made in USA by Interstellar Audio Machines.
