The Marsling Octafuzzdrive recreates the legendary 1971 Foxx Tone Machine. This thick fuzz uses a phase splitter and complementary rectifier to create an octave-up overtone.
Two modifications from the original: the octave switch is now a footswitch for on/off capability (not just a toggle), and the tone capacitor value was increased to improve treble-side usability.
Excels in rock, blues, and psychedelic music where rich, textured fuzz with octave effects enhances the sound. Made in USA.
