Jam Pedals expanded their Chill tremolo into the Big Chill—a full-featured tremolo workstation that covers everything from vintage amp-style throb to modern rhythmic effects. Three waveforms (square, sine, triangle) and dual independent speeds make this one of the most versatile analog tremolos available.
The CHOP function kills the dry signal entirely, creating stuttering kill-switch effects. Two Speed controls with dedicated LEDs let you switch between tempos on the fly. Expression pedal inputs for Speed and Depth enable real-time modulation during performance.
Depth controls effect intensity, Speed 1 and Speed 2 set your two switchable tempos. The left footswitch toggles between speeds, middle engages CHOP, right turns the effect on/off. Internal trimmers adjust Speed 2 range and CHOP level. Works with bass guitars too.
