Double Barrel V4

JHS designed the Double Barrel for players who wanted two complementary drive voices in one enclosure with flexible routing. The V4 combines the Moonshine V2 circuit on the right side with the Morning Glory V4 on the left, creating low-to-medium gain overdrive combinations that stack beautifully.

The Moonshine V2 adds a Clean knob to blend original signal with the massively tweaked overdrive circuit. The Morning Glory V4 side brings the hi-gain toggle plus Red Remote capability for switchable boost. The order toggle determines which circuit hits first—Moonshine into Morning Glory produces compressed sustain, reversed gives transparent edge with harmonic bloom.

Each side works independently or stacked. The Morning Glory maintains its transparent foundation while the Moonshine delivers more colored, aggressive character. Five distinct overdrive voices live inside one housing. Built in Kansas City with the same components JHS uses across their flagship range.
