Double Dragon
All-analog monophonic octave device: sub-octave divider below, Octavia/Superfuzz-style fuzz-octave above.
The Double Dragon is built around 40-50 year old analog octave divider circuits, delivering a monophonic sub-octave and an upper octave that lands somewhere between an Octavia and a Superfuzz. It's intentionally lo-fi, with tracking quirks that add character rather than clinical precision.
Four knobs control the mix: Volume sets the master output with extra boost on tap, Dry blends in your clean signal, Oct- dials in the sub-octave, and Oct+ controls the upper octave distortion. A dedicated right footswitch engages the Oct+ circuit independently, so you can run sub-octave only or stack both at once.
Top-mounted jacks keep the pedalboard footprint tight. The all-analog signal path keeps things raw and reactive to pick dynamics and guitar volume.
