Dead Stag

The Dead Stag takes the Big Muff formula and adds serious tone-shaping power. Active bass/treble EQ with 15dB cut/boost sits alongside a parametric mid control sweeping 400Hz to 2.4kHz. An internal Q control adjusts how wide or narrow the mid band affects your tone.

High/low gain switching and smooth/sharp voicing toggles expand the range from thick sustaining fuzz to aggressive distortion. The MUD control sets distortion intensity while GROWL handles output.

Now discontinued, the Dead Stag represented KMA's early ambition to take classic circuits further than ever before. Built by hand in Berlin with rigorous attention to detail.
