Land Devices is a mysterious boutique pedal operation run out of Oakland, CA. Known for their minimalist aesthetic and refined takes on classic circuits, Land Devices has built a cult following among players seeking unique, well-crafted effects.

The Hunter is a stereo distortion pedal based on the classic op-amp RAT circuit, but expanded with modern features for synthesizers and studio use. The pedal can operate in mono or stereo via TRS jacks, making it equally at home on a guitar pedalboard or in a synth setup.

Five controls provide comprehensive tone shaping: Gain adjusts distortion intensity, Level sets output volume, and the Dry/Wet blend allows parallel processing from fully clean to fully saturated. Independent Hi and Lo controls offer more tonal range than the original circuit. The buffered bypass with relay switching ensures clean signal integrity whether engaged or bypassed.
