The Thorn is a signature distortion designed with Lennart Bossu of Amenra, based on the Providence Stampede SDT-1 circuit.
Three-way Mode switch selects SDT-1, SDT-2, and Laerm voicings for different gain and EQ characters. Gain sets input drive, Level controls master output, and Boost provides adjustable output gain via its own footswitch. Three-band active EQ (Treble, Mids, Bass) can be toggled entirely on/off via EQ switch.
Internal charge pump for extended headroom beyond 9V. SmartRelay switching. 9V DC center-negative. Handmade in Berlin.
