The King In Yellow is a parallel blending overdrive from Lichtlaerm Audio, built around a Tube Screamer-style architecture with extensive tonal control.

Gain and Level set drive and output. 3-way Clip switch selects symmetrical, asymmetrical, or LED clipping. Four-band active EQ (Low, Lo-Mid, Hi-Mid, High) with +/-16dB per band and non-interactive constant-Q filters. Blend control mixes parallel FX loop 0-100% (functions as clean blend when loop is unconnected).

Parallel FX loop with polarity switch for phase correction. Internal 36V charge pump from 9V supply. 9V DC, 150mA. SmartRelay switching. Handmade in Berlin.
