The Evolution Orange Underdrive takes an unusual approach: instead of adding distortion, it lowers midrange to extract cleaner tones from an already-overdriven amplifier. Turn your amp up past its sweet spot, then use the Evolution to sculpt the response back.

Three-band active EQ provides ±15dB of cut or boost: Midrange centered at 400Hz, Treble at 7kHz, and Bass at 100Hz. Volume controls overall output level. This gives precise control over how the amp's natural distortion sits in the mix.

Current draw is 10mA. Runs on 8-18V with 9V recommended. Input impedance 500K, output 5K ohms. True bypass switching. Manufactured in Taiwan.
