The BMP-2 replicates the circuit of the highly sought-after Green Russian Big Muff, the Civil War-era variant known for its darker, thicker character compared to American Muffs. This followup to the limited edition BMP-1 uses slightly higher gain transistors for even more crushing, fuzzy goodness.

Russian Muffs are prized for their focused midrange and massive low-end presence. The circuit delivers thick, sustaining fuzz that works particularly well for doom, stoner rock, and heavier genres. More aggressive and compressed than vintage triangle or rams head variants.
