Clarity

The Clarity delivers clean, studio-quality compression in compact pedalboard format. Three knobs control the essentials: Mix blends compressed signal with dry (100% dry at full left, 100% compressed at full right), Comp adjusts compression amount, and Level controls output volume. The Slope/Envelope button selects between two compression modes: Slope mode provides traditional linear compression with fast attack for smooth, transparent response. Envelope mode offers dynamic, punchy compression with greater responsiveness to input dynamics, though it introduces slight pumping that requires careful Mix knob calibration. Running on ~70mA from 9V center-negative power, the Clarity features true bypass and a subtle noise gate to reduce unwanted noise. Much care was taken to provide effective compression without affecting tone.
