Rounder

The Rounder pays tribute to the rare and sought-after Burns Buzzaround Fuzz with added features for greater control and flexibility. Uses real germanium transistors for distinct vintage fuzz character—but requires isolated power output due to the transistor type (cannot be used in daisy chain). Four controls provide extensive tone-shaping: Timbre shapes overall tone, Balance acts as bias control for the transistors (also functioned as volume on originals that lacked master volume), Sustain controls overall gain, and Volume provides master output control. Hand-made in Texas with lifetime warranty. Discontinued, so hunt for used units. Solid, road-worthy construction with true bypass switching.
