Mod.One
Pure-analog BBD modulator. Chorus, flanger, and hi-band flange morph freely across 6 waveforms.
The Mod.One is a 100% analog time-modulation pedal built around BBD chips, combining chorus, flanging, and high-band flanging in a single enclosure. Five controls let you blend seamlessly between effect types and shape the modulated signal, with an Enhance control that dramatically intensifies the result. Six selectable waveforms (triangle, sine, ramp-up, hypertriangle, ramp-down, step wave) drive a wide-range LFO.
LFO speed ranges from 0.16Hz to 8Hz via the speed knob, extending to a 20-second period through tap tempo. Delay sweep spans 0.5ms to 31ms. The dry path reaches ~22kHz while the wet BBD response covers ~11.6kHz-66Hz—pure analog throughout. Built on over 15 years of Jack Deville's BBD circuit design.
Click-less relay true bypass (2nd generation). 9VDC center-negative, 53mA (100mA+ regulated supply recommended). Input impedance ~470KΩ. 4.75" x 3.725" x 2.10", 13.25oz. Handmade in Portland, Oregon.
