The Dyna Comp Block reproduces the Block Logo circuit that succeeded the Script era. Block versions (1980 onward) used different component values creating brighter, more aggressive compression that many players prefer. Two controls: Output and Sensitivity. The Block circuit delivers more noticeable compression with enhanced high-frequency response. For players who want compression you can hear working, the Block voicing delivers. While Script Logo versions are often considered warmer and more transparent, Block versions cut through mixes better and suit aggressive playing styles.
