The Super Comp improves on the Dyna Comp foundation with Attack control and refined circuitry. The attack adjustment allows everything from percussive snap through smooth, transparent compression.
Output sets volume, Sensitivity controls compression amount. The Attack knob adds the parameter most requested by Dyna Comp users. The refined circuit operates with lower noise than vintage designs.
The tonal character maintains Dyna Comp's sustain and slight coloration while reducing the noise floor. The attack flexibility makes it adaptable across playing styles from chicken-picking to legato.
