Masamune

The Masamune delivers optical compression character with added boost capability. The optical design produces smooth, natural compression without the pumping artifacts of other compressor types.

The attack and release follow the natural envelope of the optical circuit rather than adjustable controls. This creates musical compression that enhances sustain without obvious effect. The blend control allows parallel compression technique.

The boost section provides clean gain for pushing amps or recovering output level. Combined with compression, it handles everything from subtle enhancement to dramatic sustain-and-volume boost for solos.

Compact enclosure saves space. True bypass preserves tone when off. Standard 9V operation.
