Deluxe Elastic Mattress

The PastFX Deluxe Elastic Mattress is the most full-featured iteration of the Electric Mistress circuit, a fourth-generation design based on the 18-volt EHX Deluxe Electric Mistress flanger. It uses a NOS Matsushita/Panasonic MN3007 bucket-brigade device.

External controls include Rate, Range, Color (feedback intensity), and Blend/Mix (wet/dry ratio). A +/- Negative Feedback pushbutton toggles polarity for tonal variation, and a 70s/80s Voicing pushbutton switches between the early darker circuit and the lighter filtering of the classic green Deluxe Mistress. A Filter Matrix toggle (blue LED) freezes the LFO for static flanging textures, while Normal mode (green LED) provides standard swept operation. Internal controls include a Mod/Stock switch, Cancel trimmer, Gain trimmer, Color trimmer, High/Low impedance switch, and delay time modification slider.
