The Chat Breaker started when REVV asked ChatGPT to design a pedal schematic in late 2022. The AI failed miserably, but the team could tell what it was trying to make, so they finished the job. About 30 percent AI concept, 70 percent human refinement by designer Dan Trudeau.
The result is a classic breaker-voiced overdrive tweaked for more versatility at higher drive settings. It hits that edge-of-breakup sweet spot while offering enough extra gain for soloing when needed.
Simple Drive, Level, and Tone controls provide straightforward operation. All-analog signal path with true bypass. Compact enclosure with top-mounted jacks.
