Three aggression voices shape the attack: Red delivers all-out saturation for fat leads and chunky rhythms. Blue reins in frequencies for tighter response. Off provides great classic tones and dynamic blues breakup.

More scooped than the mid-forward G3, the G4 excels at modern metal and hard rock. The hyper-flexible EQ responds like an amp without getting buzzy, tinny, or spiky even at extreme settings.
