Multi-head octave echo with 70-1000ms delay, tap tempo, and switchable octave-down on first repeat.
The EM-III builds on the Electroman legacy as the most powerful SolidGoldFX delay yet. Dual delay lines provide 70ms to 1 second of delay time with tap tempo control and extensive tone shaping.
The Head toggle selects between 1, 2, or 3 virtual tape heads. The Octave toggle drops the first delay head down an octave for unique weight and texture. Color control sweeps between high-pass and low-pass filtering. Flutter adds chorus-like or vibrato modulation.
Hold Tap for swelling self-oscillation. Hold Bypass for tape motor warble and reel snap effects. Hold both for combined chaos. Switchable true bypass or buffered trails. Top-mounted jacks, hand-made in Montreal.
