The Imposter

The Imposter features two high-gain op-amp stages with soft clipping diodes, landing somewhere between distortion and fuzz. Singing lead tones and gnarly, gritty chords come easily from this versatile high-gain tool.

Relatively low noise and excellent volume rolloff make The Imposter practical for dynamic playing. The Tone and Volume knobs help it sit well in any mix, from cutting through a band to sitting back in the pocket. Responds well to guitar volume adjustments.

Hand-made in Guelph, Ontario. Top-mounted jacks help fit tight pedalboards. Simple controls keep operation straightforward while the circuit delivers complex harmonic content.
