Pultec EQP-1A inspired 3-band EQ. First-order LO and HI-CUT, second-order HI-BOOST bands.

The Equinox recreates the legendary Pultec EQP-1A studio EQ in pedal form. Three overlapping bands with interdependent cut and boost sections provide the famous Pultec curve that adds both presence and warmth simultaneously.

The Lo band (30/60/100/150Hz) has boost and cut. Hi-Cut (1K/2K/3K/4K) and Hi-Boost (1.5K/2.5K/3.5K/5K) have separate frequency selectors. Bandwidth controls the width of the high boost. Lo and Hi-Cut are first-order 6dB/octave filters; Hi-Boost is second-order 12dB/octave.

Discrete high-headroom input and output stages handle various sources while providing vintage character. Requires 18V DC power. True-bypass mechanical switching. Hand-wired in Portland, Oregon. Limited run of 222 units.
