No-frills silicon fuzz with multiple gain stages. Even with Gain down, three stages ensure saturation.
The JRS Saguaros is an aggressive silicon fuzz with excellent midrange presence. The circuit runs through multiple gain stages, so even with the Gain knob down, three other stages keep things saturated.
The Tone knob is wired backwards from convention: clockwise gets woofier and bassier, counterclockwise thins out. The Depth control shapes the frequency feeding the first gain stage. Volume gets very loud.
True bypass, 1590BBS enclosure, 9V DC center-negative. Part of the Junior Ranger Series, hand-wired in California.
