The Arborist V2 is a discrete transistor overdrive with a germanium feedback/diode clipping arrangement. The Treble and Bass controls are modeled after the Fender Bassman 5F6A tone stack for interactive, amp-like tone shaping.

The 3-way voicing toggle selects between Smooth (balanced), Dynamic (high gain), and Comp (bright/compressed) germanium clipping modes. The dual transistor stages deliver tube-amp-like overdrive response. Draws only 2.6mA.

True bypass via Gorva footswitch, hand-wired in California with Switchcraft jacks and NOS parts. 9V DC center-negative, no battery compartment.
