Vitruvian Mod

Ring modulator with tracking and fixed carrier modes that make ring modulation more musical than typical ring mods. The tracking modes follow input pitch to keep metallic tones harmonically related to what you're playing.

Carrier (7 fixed steps—in Order mode steps through E-A-D-G-B-E-A guitar tuning notes), Fine Tune (detunes carrier up/down by a minor third), Mix, Volume, Tracking switch (HI/LO tracking or fixed carrier), and Entropy switch (Order for musical results, Chaos for wider range).

Three operating modes: HI tracking, LO tracking, and fixed carrier. The Entropy switch changes the character of the Carrier knob's 7 steps. In Order/tracking mode the carrier follows guitar pitch for harmonically related ring mod tones, making traditionally atonal effects more usable.
