Tremolo
All-analog tremolo recreation of vintage Supro amp tremolo circuit with photocell/bulb design, delivering authentic pulsing rhythms and harmonic vibrato.
The Supro 1312 Tremolo faithfully recreates tremolo circuit from vintage Supro amplifiers using authentic photocell/light bulb combination for smooth, natural amplitude modulation. This classic approach produces deep, pulsing tremolo that breathes organically, avoiding harsh chopping of modern LFO-based designs. Result is warm, vintage character that captures essence of classic American tremolo from 1950s and 60s.
Features comprehensive control set: SPEED adjusts modulation rate from slow throbs to rapid stutters, DEPTH controls intensity of tremolo effect, and LEVEL provides overall output volume control with boost capability. FORM control shapes LFO waveform from smooth sine wave to more aggressive triangular wave, while MIX knob blends dry and wet signals—at minimum, provides 100% dry signal, at maximum yields pure tremolo. HARMONIC toggle switches between standard tremolo and harmonic vibrato mode, which modulates pitch rather than volume.
Expression pedal input allows real-time control of SPEED, DEPTH, or LEVEL using TRS expression pedal. Assembled in Port Jefferson, New York, with soft-touch true bypass switching and housed in signature brushed aluminum enclosure. Runs on 9VDC power (no battery operation). Delivers authentic vintage tremolo tones with modern flexibility and performance features.
