The Karma Boost provides up to 16dB of clean gain using advanced non-linear circuitry based on T-Rex's celebrated buffer design. At minimum settings there's no apparent boost, while turning up adds subtle lift that grows more complex.

The non-linear algorithm means the character changes at different knob positions, not just volume. This allows very subtle sound changes while compensating for power lost across long cables. Works equally well with guitar, bass, or keyboard.

At unity (fully counterclockwise), engaging the pedal produces no change in tone or volume. Around 10 o'clock there's a nice transparent lift for solos without coloring the driven amp. Compact dimensions (60x50x117mm, 0.21kg) and 9V operation. Max 12-hour battery life.
