DI amp/speaker modeler with 8 stereo reverbs, USB I/O, stereo/XLR outs, FX loops—500mA/9V, €310.
The Freeway delivers DI guitar amplifier, speaker modeler, and recording interface in pedal-sized format derived from acclaimed Zero Dynamic Hybrid Amplifier addressing players needing amp-free rigs for live shows, rehearsals, or recording. Plug-into-anything design eliminates traditional amplifier and speaker cabinet requirements providing warm analog dynamic tones anywhere with full stereo capability and open signal path. Specially designed to integrate all effects, overdrives, modulations, and preamps in single pedalboard enabling complete amp-free rig without sacrificing tonal quality or dynamic response.
Amplifier voicing controlled by Middle knob: left hemisphere represents Fender '65 Deluxe Reverb voicing, right hemisphere delivers Marshall Super Lead/Plexi character. Amp Mode switch provides additional voicing adjustment: Dark/Bright and Clean/Crunch. Eight stereo reverbs create complex atmospheres. USB compatibility with PC, iOS, and Android enables recording or playing over backing tracks. Routing capabilities include separate stereo and XLR outputs, footswitchable stereo FX loop, and extra mono FX loop bypassing preamp. Dimensions and weight not documented.
Requires 9V DC center-negative 2.1mm barrel at 500mA current draw. MSRP €310 excluding tax ($330 USD / £270 GBP). Handmade in Spain. The Freeway targets players building amp-free pedalboard rigs, suitable for fly-rig touring (eliminating amp backline dependence), direct recording (USB connectivity for DAW integration), and hotel practice where traditional amplifiers prove impractical but professional analog tone and comprehensive routing maintain workflow without compromising sonic quality.
