The Max Preamp & Dual Compressor features two completely independent stereo compressor effects, each with its own UA 610 tube preamplifier and EQ. Three legendary compressor emulations available for each channel.

Models include UA 1176 FET limiter, Teletronix LA-2A optical compressor, and classic Dyna Comp. Each Comp section has independent switching and its own 610 preamp with low/high EQ (±6dB) via UAFX Control app. Series or parallel routing configurable.

Color-coded LEDs indicate compression response: green (none), amber (moderate), red (heavy). Sidechain bass filter available for FET 1176 mode. MIDI support with 128 recallable presets. Silent switching, buffered bypass. 400mA at 9V DC.
