Paragraphs

The Vongon Paragraphs is a 4-pole resonant low-pass filter pedal using the AS3320 analog chip with an attack, decay (AD) envelope generator. The ladder-style filter provides classic subtractive synthesis tones with resonance control, while the envelope generator shapes the filter cutoff frequency dynamically in response to playing.

Mono 1/4" input and output jacks handle instrument-level signals with 1MΩ input impedance and less than 1kΩ output impedance. True bypass switching keeps the signal path clean when the effect is off. The pedal runs on standard 9 to 9.6 VDC center-negative power at a maximum of 100mA.

Measuring 5.7" x 4.7" x 1.5", the Paragraphs brings synthesizer-style filtering to guitar, bass, and other instruments. Vongon later released the Paragraphs II with stereo capabilities and expanded modulation features.
