Aftermath

The Aftermath is a versatile distortion pedal with independent boost circuit, built around CMOS op-amp technology to emulate overdriven tube amplifiers. Features active 2-band EQ with Bass and Treble controls for precise tone shaping. The analog circuitry responds dynamically to playing touch, covering smooth overdrive to massive distortion crunch across its gain range.

Two independent footswitches control the main distortion and boost circuits separately. The clean boost provides up to +12dB of transparent gain, stackable with the distortion for enhanced lead tones. True bypass switching preserves signal integrity when off. Requires 9V DC via center-negative power supply (recommended 20mA output). Dimensions: 120 × 64 × 40 mm. Designed and built in Greece by VS Audio, known for high-quality boutique analog effects since 2011.
