The Platinum recreates the legendary Marshall Silver Jubilee amplifier (model 2555) from 1987, using hand-selected discrete JFETs to capture the amp's distinctive blend of classic Plexi and high-gain Marshall tones. Features two channels: Rhythm delivers a wide range of clean sounds up to creamy crunch, while Lead provides full-throttle juicy solo tones. Both channels are switchable via independent footswitches with top-mounted jacks. Controls include Input Gain, Output Master, and a comprehensive EQ section with Bass, Mid, and Treble controls that replicate the unique tone stack of the original valve amp. Presence switch either attenuates negative feedback or boosts high-end frequencies. All-analog electronics maintain 100% analog signal path. Can function as a true preamp when placed further down the effects chain, adding Silver Jubilee character to other pedals. True bypass with silent relay switching.
