Ego Compressor

The Ego Compressor adds modern amenities to the classic Ross/Dyna Comp circuit, most importantly a Blend knob for mixing compressed and dry signals in parallel. This lets you add sustain and evening without losing pick attack and dynamics.

Five knobs provide comprehensive control: Sustain (compression amount), Attack (how quickly compression engages), Tone (adds sparkle without affecting dry signal), Volume (output level), and Blend (wet/dry mix). The Attack knob is key for country chicken-pickin' snap versus smooth sustain.

True bypass with clickless relay switching keeps operation quiet. Low current draw works well with battery or DC power. From subtle tone fattening to full country squish, the Ego handles compression duties with transparency.
