Bass Ten

Whirlwind's Bass Ten is a 10-band equalizer designed specifically for bass guitar by Tony Gambacurta, often called the "Guru of modern EQs." It was one of the early professional bass EQ pedals when introduced in 1976, offering tour-proven reliability that made it a standard in professional rigs.

The circuit uses a Constant Q design approach, meaning each frequency band's width remains consistent whether you make small or large adjustments. This gives unparalleled control and sensitivity across all ten bands, with ±12dB of boost or cut per band. The Bass Ten has been manufactured in the USA and remains a go-to for bassists who need precise tonal shaping.
