OTA-based germanium compressor and pre-amp, an original Wren and Cuff design developed over a year and a half. Two hand-tested vintage germanium transistors—one for soft compression leveling, the other powering a germanium post-amp stage that adds natural warmth and smooth clipping.

Compression, Volume, Attack, and Release controls. Dual personality ranging from transparent barely-there compression with germanium pre-amp coloring, to full old-school dirty squash. Can function as a standalone clean boost through the germanium pre-amp stage.

Fills a unique niche as a germanium-based compressor that doubles as a germanium pre-amp/boost. Not a clone of any specific vintage compressor. True hardwire bypass.
