ARC Effects is a boutique builder in Upstate New York. The Soothsayer is an all-encompassing take on the LM308-equipped ProCo RAT with expanded versatility.

Four clipping options (classic, boutique, open, turbo LED) and internally-switched hi/lo gain modes. The Filter control is reversed to respond like a traditional tone knob. Equally useful for low-gain overdrive and high-gain distortion/fuzz.

No ceramic or electrolytic capacitors in signal path, hand-wired construction, true bypass. Premium components throughout for purist-friendly classic distortion with modern flexibility.
