UO300 Ultra Octaver
Analog octaver clone with one and two octaves down tracking.
The Behringer UO300 Ultra Octaver is a clone of the Boss OC-2, the classic analog octave pedal that defined the synth-like sub-octave sound. The OC-2 was famously used by John Frusciante, Jack White, and countless bass players.
Three level controls—Direct, Octave 1 (-1 octave), and Octave 2 (-2 octaves)—let you blend the original signal with one or two octaves below. The analog tracking requires clean technique and works best with single notes in the lower register.
The characteristic slightly glitchy, synth-like quality of analog octave dividers is part of the appeal. Budget-friendly octave effects from Behringer.
