The Domino is an analog octave pedal based on the classic Green Ringer circuit from the 1970s. Unlike digital octave pedals, the Domino produces its octave-up effect through analog diode clipping, resulting in a sound that can range from ring modulator-like clanging to a clear octave-up depending on your playing technique and where you play on the neck.
The pedal features a simple, no-frills design with right-side input and left-side output. It responds dynamically to your playing, producing the cleanest octave sounds on higher frets with single notes, while chords and lower notes create the characteristic ring mod-like textures that made the original circuit famous.
