CE-2B Bass Chorus

The CE-2B Bass Chorus is Boss's compact chorus designed specifically for bass guitar, using a circuit optimized to modulate upper frequencies while keeping the low end intact. Bass-specific chorus avoids the mud that guitar chorus pedals introduce on bass.

The key is frequency-selective modulation. The CE-2B applies chorus to the midrange and treble while leaving the fundamental bass frequencies unaffected. This prevents the pitch instability and low-end blur that makes standard chorus pedals sound seasick on bass.

Rate, Depth, and a Low Filter control. The Low Filter sets the crossover point below which no modulation is applied. At 11mA it barely sips power. A straightforward, purpose-built tool.
