The DC-2W recreates the 1985 Dimension C, Boss's unique chorus alternative that used no LFO. Instead of a traditional modulated delay line, the original DC-2 used four preset buttons to select fixed spatial enhancement settings derived from the Roland SDD-320 Dimension D rack unit.

Standard mode recreates the DC-2's four-button spatial chorus. Custom mode goes further, modeling the actual SDD-320 rack unit that inspired it. The SDD-320 mode adds the wider, deeper stereo field that the rack version was famous for in studios during the 80s. Stereo outputs are essential here: this pedal was designed for width.

Four buttons select the spatial programs, just like the original. Buttons can be combined for more intense effects. No knobs to tweak, no settings to memorize. Press a button, get a sound.

The original DC-2 became a cult classic after discontinuation, with prices climbing past $300. The DC-2W gives that sound back at a fraction of the cost, with the SDD-320 mode as a bonus.
