Tremolo8
Eight-program tremolo with reverb, harmonic mode, envelope control, and ring mod capabilities.
The Catalinbread Tremolo8 packs eight distinct programs into one pedal, and at least half of them aren't really tremolo at all. Rate, Tone, Space (reverb), and Mix surround an 8-position rotary program selector.
The programs: sine wave with tight reverb, sine wave with long reverb trails, square wave chop, sawtooth ramp, Showman Harmonic (a sweeping pitch-based modulation based on early-'60s Fender harmonic tremolo that sits somewhere between phaser, autowah, and univibe), sine with chorus, envelope-controlled modulation that responds to your pick attack, and ring mod (super-fast square wave for aliased robotic textures).
The Showman Harmonic and ring mod programs push the Tremolo8 far beyond what most tremolo pedals attempt. The integrated reverb on every program means each mode lives in its own acoustic space. Ships in buffered bypass for trail spillover. Runs on 9-18V DC, minimum 60mA.
