Thermae
Analog delay that thinks it's a synth. Four MN3005 BBDs with built-in sequencer and pitch-shifting.
Four reissued MN3005 bucket-brigade chips give the Thermae a lush analog character that digital delays can't touch. But this isn't just another BBD delay. A built-in sequencer and pitch-shifting intervals make it behave more like a synth module than a traditional echo pedal.
Controls include step sequencing, glide between intervals, and filter shaping alongside standard delay parameters. Modulation via dipswitches adds further animation. Delay times stretch up to 32 seconds in certain modes.
Two onboard presets, full MIDI/CV/expression control, tap tempo with subdivisions. True bypass with trails option. Discontinued but highly sought after. 150mA at 9V DC center-negative.
