Super Conductor
Four classic boost circuits in one box: silicon treble booster, JFET preamp, op-amp, and MOSFET.
The Super Conductor packs four distinct analog boost circuits into a compact enclosure, each with its own input/output impedance, internal voltage, and tonal character. The rm circuit is a silicon interpretation of the 1960s germanium treble booster, using paralleled low-gain transistors for presence and bite. The ep circuit is a JFET preamp based on a 1970s tape echo unit's front end, running at 24V internally for its signature coloration and focus.
The ma circuit recreates a late-1970s op-amp clean booster prized for driving long signal chains, while the mf circuit is a late-1990s MOSFET boost delivering massive clean gain with pristine highs. A white modifier button shapes the rm and ep circuits; a black modifier button engages 18V internal boost for the ma and mf circuits.
A rotary selector switches between the four circuits, with a single output knob controlling level across all modes.
