TI:ME mkIII
Retro digital delay with analog dry path, tap tempo, and hand-lacquered copper finish.
The TI:ME draws inspiration from early 1970s digital delay rack units, using separate analog and digital signal paths to combine warmth with vintage digital character. The dry signal runs through an all-analog path with a high-quality op-amp, while two parallel digital recording devices with carefully tuned filtering handle the repeats at lower bit resolution and bandwidth, capturing that early digital era sound.
Controls include Mix, Feed (repeats), M/Sec (delay time up to 720ms), Tone, and Mod (simulates motor variation and tape age). A three-position toggle selects quarter note, dotted eighth, or triplet divisions. Tap tempo stores the last two taps with a range of 130ms to 1 second, and holding the tap footswitch induces runaway self-oscillation.
Each unit is hand-lacquered with unique copper elements, making every pedal one of a kind. Relay-based true bypass keeps signal clean when disengaged.
