Diamond Pedals, founded in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2003, became legendary for their Compressor and Memory Lane delay. The brand was reborn under SolidGoldFX in 2023 and is now built in Montreal.
The Bass Comp Jr delivers Diamond's acclaimed opto-compressor circuit in a compact mini enclosure optimized for bass guitar. It uses the same Vactrol opto-isolator technology as its larger siblings for smooth, studio-quality compression that preserves transients.
The streamlined two-knob design (Comp and Volume) makes it easy to dial in the right amount of compression quickly. Enhanced low-frequency response handles bass signals cleanly. True bypass, runs on standard 9V DC.
