Diamond Pedals, founded in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2003, became legendary for their Compressor and Memory Lane delay. The brand was reborn under SolidGoldFX in 2023 and is now built in Montreal.

The J-Drive was Diamond's first product, shipped in 2004. It provides two independently switchable sections: a discrete JFET-based clean boost with Bright switch, and a creamy overdrive built around a premium Burr-Brown OP2134 op-amp. The two sections can operate together for higher-gain tones.

Features active EQ with Bass and Treble controls. The clean boost section features its own Gain control. Built with premium components throughout. An important piece of Diamond history that established their reputation for quality.
